Returns and Refunds

Green Grocers on their website www.grocex.in maintains strong product quality and the need to return or exchange of the product may not arise. However there could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service email id [email protected]

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

Conditions for return:

  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery at the email id mentioned above.
  • Products can only be exchanged if the products returned are deemed by Green Grocers to be faulty.
  • Customers opted for scheduled delivery and last mile premium delivery could exchange the products at the Customers door step. Such Exchanges will take place at a time and date determined by the Green Grocers and will be intimated to the Customers.
  • Customers opted for pick up at stores could exchange only at the stores/ warehouses (within 5 days from the delivery of the goods). All such exchanges will be done during the working hours of the stores/ warehouses.
  • Products/Items should be UNUSED.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices. In all circumstances, proof of purchase must be retained and provided when you apply for replacements or refunds.
  • No refund once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order.
  • No refund or exchange of goods for change of mind or errors you made in order.

All the goods supplied by Green Grocers through their website www.grocex.in are from reputed Vendors known for their quality, brand and reliability. Grocex does not guarantee the quality on behalf of third party Vendors.

Whilst Green Grocers make every effort to replace or exchange your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • if you do not comply with any aspect of the returns process specified as above, you will be deemed to have accepted delivery of the item and you will not be entitled to have your item repaired or replaced and you will not be entitled to a refund;
  • Green Grocers acceptance of the return of defective Goods is not an acknowledgment of any fault by Green Grocers or of any breach of the Terms & Conditions by www.grocex.in and is not an acceptance of or a granting of credit to you


In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount and will process the refund after receipt of the product. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order

  • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days.
  • Green Grocers shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
  • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
  • Cash On Delivery refunds if any will be through store credit voucher to be adjusted against subsequent orders.
